French Play (Yr7)
'Ticket pour l'Espace' (Ticket for Space)
The MFL Department organised another fun-filled Onatti Production play for Year 7 last Friday afternoon (28 March 2025) entitled 'Ticket pour l'Espace' (Ticket for Space).
Here's Josie & Millie to tell you more about it:
It was amazing how the actors got us involved in the play. It was very interesting how it was about a boy who won a competition to go to space, as they showed us the whole journey on the rocket. The boy found a person on the television in the rocket called Roxanne and she helped the boy in his journey, but there is a bit of a twist. Roxanne can only speak French and the boy cannot speak French. It is difficult for him to understand what she is saying.
I loved watching this play as it made me very interested as to what would happen next to the boy. I dearly hope do something like this again. My favourite part was when I saw the alien.

Last Friday Year 7 watched a play about a boy who won a competition and got to go on an adventure to space. The whole audience was so excited to get involved with the actors and to go on stage. I would love to do something like this in the future as it was so fun.
I particularly liked how we had to help him figure out what everyone was saying in French because he didn’t know a lot of French. There were many twists and turns to the story that we were not expecting as they crash landed on a mysterious planet and had to figure out a way to get back to earth. I also liked how an alien came on board and was roaming around the rocket, as it was very funny.
