Food Tech News - Christmas Treats!

In Food Tech, we have been making some Christmas themed bakes. First, we were given a brief to make a Christmas themed canape that would be suitable for the range at M&S. Then on 4 December we made yule logs and decorated them the following week. It was really fun and also a great opportunity to practise some of the skills we will need for our GCSE practical exam.
